Self-care is an essential part of wellness and helps to support a balanced mind. During the lockdown period, it has become even more clear just how incredible our volunteers are and how deserving they are of some me-time. To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, we’ve created a Self-care Activity Pack, just for you! And, it has a guiding theme too. What’s not to love?
This Mental Health Awareness Week is all about kindness…being kind to others, but also being kind to yourself – both equally as important!
As you glide through the pages, you’ll find some calming colouring, ways to practice gratitude, a mindfulness breathing exercise, and lots more!
It’s perfect for when you need a bit of me-time, some time-out, or just something fun to do in between your busy schedule both in and out of guiding – not that you need an excuse to have some time to yourself, of course; you deserve it!
We hope this pack sprinkles some positivity into your day!
