All Things Guiding – Self-care Activity Pack
NEW! Part 2
You loved our 2020 Self-Care Activity Pack ‘All Things Guiding’, and launching on #TimeToTalk day 2021, here’s even more wellbeing activities for Guides, Rangers and volunteers!
So create some time for yourself and enjoy some soothing colouring and gentle dot-to-dot for grown-ups. There are top tips to avoid stress and a handy self-care planner, plus some fabulous face mask recipes to make at home, and a whole host of yoga poses! For something a little more taxing, we’ve got a couple of word searches and a number chain puzzle.
We hope this pack brings some calm mindfulness into your life – we all need a bit of that right now! We would love to hear about your mindfulness journey and to share your experience on our website and social media pages, in the press, online and in our promotional material so that our members of all ages, potential members and potential supporters can be inspired by everything you’ve done. Drop us an email to get in touch!
So find a quite and cosy space, and get started with your me-time here!
And of course, the pack wouldn’t be complete without a badge, and you can get yours here, through our online shop.
Please spare a few minutes to complete this short survey upon completing the challenge.
Self-care is an essential part of wellness and helps to support a balanced mind. During the lockdown period, it has become even more clear just how incredible our volunteers are and how deserving they are of some me-time. To mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, we’ve created a Self-care Activity Pack, just for you! And, it has a guiding theme too. What’s not to love?
This Mental Health Awareness Week is all about kindness…being kind to others, but also being kind to yourself – both equally as important!
As you glide through the pages, you’ll find some calming colouring, ways to practice gratitude, a mindfulness breathing exercise, and lots more!
It’s perfect for when you need a bit of me-time, some time-out, or just something fun to do in between your busy schedule both in and out of guiding – not that you need an excuse to have some time to yourself, of course; you deserve it!
We hope this pack sprinkles some positivity into your day! We would love to hear about your mindfulness journey and to share your experience on our website and social media pages, in the press, online and in our promotional material so that our members of all ages, potential members and potential supporters can be inspired by everything you’ve done. Drop us an email to get in touch!
In the mean-time, get started with your me-time here!
Whilst this pack is aimed at volunteers, it’s a great one for Guides and Rangers to do too!
Badges are available at the online shop to purchase.
